One week post surgery

Attached are some pictures of miss Addison one week post hemangioma removal.  She is doing so well!  They took the stitches out and she didn’t even make a peep.  What a trooper!  Her head is healing nicely.

Things are going so well! Hope you enjoyed the newest pictures. Her head looks fantastic! At the airport last week we just heard “oh she has a boo boo”. Much better than what we used to hear!

Hi, My name is Jenny. I have a 8 month old baby girl named Gisselle. She has a hemangioma between her eyebrows. All the doctor’s and dermatologist I have seen until today have always told me to wait, that it will go away. Today, we had an appoint with Dr. Kevin Hopkins (plastic surgeon). He told us that her hemangioma is borderline, that it is our decision if we want to remove it or not. He also recomended the later treatment with steroid injection. I’m very concerned and don’t know what to do. I just want to do the best for her. My main corcerned is her vision. the doctor said we don’t want her to have a lazy eye since the hemangioma is more toward her left side. I would like to see pictures of your daughter after the hemangioma removal. Gisselle’s hemagioma is smaller about 3/4 of an inch. you can either email me or call me at 956-778-9876. I would appreciate any information you can share with us and help us make the best decision. Thanks
